Types of Registration

There are mainly 2 types:

1. Provisional Registration

  • Required during internship
  • Allows you to do compulsory rotatory internship

2. Permanent Registration

  • Required after completing internship
  • Needed for legal dental practice and NEET MDS counseling/document verification


Eligibility for Permanent Registration

You can apply if:

  • You have completed BDS from a DCI-recognized college
  • Internship is completed
  • You possess provisional degree/final degree
  • You have internship completion certificate


Step 1: Create Your Account on DDC Portal

Open:

DDC Online Registration Page

You will need:

  • Full name
  • Father’s name
  • Email ID
  • Mobile number
  • Date of birth
  • Password creation

After submitting:

  • OTP/email verification may occur
  • Login credentials will be generated


Step 2: Login to the Portal

After registration:

  • Login using email/mobile and password
  • Choose:
    • First Registration
    • Renewal
    • Transfer from another state


Step 3: Fill Personal Details Carefully

Enter:

  • Name exactly as in BDS documents
  • DOB
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Address
  • Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID
  • Mobile & email

  • Do not make spelling mistakes
  • Your registration certificate will use these details


Step 4: Fill Educational Details

You must enter:

  • BDS college name
  • University name
  • Year of passing
  • Internship completion date
  • Enrollment number
